Fr. Archie Intengan's sexual ethics class

We were not surprised to hear that former Jesuit provincial, Fr. Romeo "Archie" Intengan, had turned into a pamphleteer for the Palace and its ZTE partners.

An ideologue who will bed with anybody who supports his syncretic political construct, the Philippine Democratic Socialist Party, Intengan was going around the country distributing a brochure called ZTE Primer.

The primer, as Enteng Romano of the Black and White Movement points out, suggests three things:

1) That Jun Lozada lied when he claimed he was abducted; this, of course, assumes that the government account of the incident is true

2) That Jun Lozada's and the other whistleblowers' testimonies are all hearsay and therefore have no value

3) That the Senate hearings should now be stopped and charges in court should be filed instead.

Intengan must believe that Freedom of Speech includes the right to tell lies anywhere anytime, as this item lifted from the BnW blog reveals:

Incidentally, the ZTE Primer was distributed to students of Fr. Intengan's class on Sexual Ethics at Ateneo some time in March. During the class, Intengan declared that Lozada was part of a destabilization plot and his kidnapping was a hoax. He also played the wiretapped conversation between Jun Lozada and Joey de Venecia. And to think that Intengan advocates the rule of law in his primer.

What the !?! Those kids paid tuition to learn "sexual ethics," presumably the Catholic variety, but Intengan taught them something else:

you may not have sex outside of marriage but you may screw your country anytime!
